NEW YORK, N.Y., Nov 10, 2005 (UPI via COMTEX) -- Real Estate mogul and TV star Donald Trump is demanding a total recall of Timothy O'Brien's book "TrumpNation" and a public correction and apology.

Attorney Marc Kasowitz sent Warner Books a letter outlining the demands and claiming the book "contains out-and-out defamatory falsehoods concerning Mr. Trump, his business and his family," the New York Daily News reported Thursday.

"We demand ... Warner immediately cease and desist further publishing and disseminating this book," Trump's attorney wrote.

However, Warner Books Vice President Rick Wolff praised O'Brien as one of the leading business journalists in the nation and said: "We firmly believe in Tim's research for this book."
