It's a lot of work to buy a home. I told you earlier that I bought a condo. What I didn't realize is how expensive it would be to upgrade everything. The bathroom guy says they have to rip out a wall, the stove has to be replaced, I have to still move, and don't get me started on the cabinets. Oh by the way, I have to buy a new mirror too.

Not much will be ready by time I move in, so it's going to be a little weird for a bit. The good news, I know it will all be worth it (I hope). I told you that I'm a first time homebuyer so it's all new to me. I remember when my parents bought a home, it was all they talked about (it seemed) when I was 10. Now it's all I'm talking about. I guess I see what they were doing. Interesting how that happens, no?
