JK ROWLING and Bob Dylan led the list of winners at the first Quill Book Awards in New York yesterday. The new awards, which aim to become the Oscars for books, are voted for online. Rowling scooped the best book and best children's book awards for the latest Harry Potter novel, while Dylan's Chronicles won best biography.
