Montana State Rallies to Beat Weber State

OGDEN, Utah (AP) -- Jeff Hastings kicked a 39-yard field goal as time expired to cap a 17-point rally and give Montana State a 27-to-24 victory over Weber State today.

The Bobcats beat the Wildcats for the fifth year in a row and second straight time on a last-second field goal.

Montana State rallied after trailing 24-to-10 entering the fourth quarter.

Travis Lulay rushed 18 times for 142 yards and two touchdowns and threw for 283 yards to lead the Bobcats. Tramaine Murray caught seven passes for 119 yards, including a catch with four seconds remaining to set up Hastings' winning kick.

Zach Hall had 35 carries for 173 yards and one touchdown for Weber State. Ian Pizarro threw two touchdown passes to Lynzell Jackson for the Wildcats.

Daryl Rogers recovered a fumble in the end zone for Montana State's first touchdown.

Montana State is 4-and-2 overall and 2-and-oh in the Big Sky Conference. Weber State is 2-and-4 and 1-and-2.
