4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (br> 1 1/2 cups Pace Picante Sauce
3 tbsp packed brown sugar
1 tbsp Dijon style mustard
3 cups hot cooked regular long grain rice
Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the chicken into a baking dish. Pour the picante sauce, brown sugar and mustard in a small bowl and stir. Pour the picante sauce mixture over the chicken.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve the chicken with the rice.
