SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- A flood warning has been extended for the Sevier River near Hatch as the National Weather Service forecasts 90 degree weather all week.

The N-W-S in Salt Lake City has extended the flood warning for the Sevier River, including Hatch, until Thursday.

The N-W-S expects minor flooding to occur over the next couple of days as temperatures climb to the 90s, causing snowpack to melt and rivers to rise.

According to the N-W-S said the Sevier River should remain below flood stage after Thursday. However, Utah's rivers and streams are expected to continue to have high flows through the end of June.
