The Denver Broncos have made a flurry of roster moves, activating running back Audric Estime, promoting defensive back Tanner McCalister and placing wide receiver Josh Reynolds and center Luke Wattenberg on injured reserve. The team on Saturday also elevated tackle Cam Fleming and guard Calvin Throckmorton for their game on Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers. The Broncos have won three straight and the Chargers are coming off an early bye.

That further weakens a thin position as Las Vegas prepares to host the Steelers on Sunday. The Raiders could be without their top two receivers against Pittsburgh. No. 1 receiver Davante Adams will miss his third game in a row because of a hamstring injury. Meyers has filled in as the top receiver the past two weeks. He was targeted a combined 19 times those games and caught 11 passes for 121 yards.

The San Francisco 49ers were fined $100,000 as punishment for an inactive player getting involved in a sideline scuffle. Niners cornerback Charvarius Ward was engaged near the sideline with Cardinals tight end Trey McBride at the end of a play last Sunday. McBride blocked Ward into the San Francisco bench area and Ward grabbed his face mask. Dre Greenlaw, who is on the physically unable to perform list, then came over and shoved McBride away from Ward. There were no penalties called on the play, but all three players were issued fines on Saturday. The Niners were fined because Greenlaw joined the fray as an inactive player.

Richardson practiced despite his hip injury, while Levis will play after working his way back from a shoulder injury. The Colts are 0-2 in division play this season and have lost three straight AFC South games. Commissioner Roger Goodell in the past has shot down the idea but he said Saturday at a fan forum in London that it's a possibility. He says, "It wouldn't surprise me at all if that happens one day." Goodell floated the idea as he outlined a plan that could include playing 16 international games every year if the regular season expands to 18 games. He adds that he has "no doubt" that Ireland will host a game soon. He named Rio de Janeiro as a likely new host.
