NFL Combine features 6 players from Utah universities

SALT LAKE CITY — Six players from Utah universities were part of the exclusive group of players invited to participate in the NFL Combine in Indianapolis over the past few days.

The University of Utah led the universities with four invitees: Kylie Fitts, Lowell Lotulelei, Darren Carrington II and Salesi Uhatafe participated in the Combine. Fred Warner was the only BYU invitee, and cornerback Taron Johnson out of Weber State also received an invite.

The NFL Scouting Combine is designed to help teams evaluate over 300 of the top draft prospects. The Combine took place March 2-5.

Here is a look into how the different invitees fared in the Combine, where they are projected to be drafted and how much of an impact they are projected to make in the NFL.

BYU

Fred Warner, LB
