SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — Police say two suspects have been arrested in a shooting outside a San Francisco high school that left four students wounded earlier this week.

The San Francisco Chronicle reports (http://bit.ly/2eqGOZr ) that a police spokeswoman, Officer Giselle Talkoff, confirmed the arrests but didn't provide the suspects' names, ages or genders. Two other suspects remain at large.

The gunfire rang out as students were leaving school Tuesday, striking a teenage girl who was believed to have been targeted and three male students. All are 15.

The shooting happened in the parking lot of the June Jordan School for Equity, a public school with a curriculum emphasizing social justice and opposition to violence.

The female victim remained in a hospital Thursday and is expected to recover. School officials say the three boys wounded in the shooting were treated and released from a hospital.
