BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Police in Boise say they've arrested a man accused of sliding his phone under dressing room doors to take photos and video of women at two businesses.
Police said Monday that employees at one clothing store called them Sunday afternoon to say employees, store security and reported victims had witnessed the man's actions. When officers arrived, the man was being detained by employees.
Officers arrested 20-year-old Andrew Dongmin Kim of Meridian for investigation of three counts of video voyeurism.
