Outlook
Valley rain showers will continue to develop tonight along with mountain snow. This is another warm system with snow levels at 7500 feet, dropping to about 6000 feet by morning. This means only light snow totals for the Wasatch Back. The mountains will see 6 to 12" snow with Cottonwoods picking up a foot to a foot and a half. Valley rain totals will be between .10" to .5". Monday afternoon brings clearing skies and above average temps with highs in the upper 40s for the Wasatch Front. The next storm hits Wednesday brininging more valley rain and mountain snow, but falling temperatures means a chance for accumulating valley snow by Thursday morning. - Kristen Van Dyke KSL Weather 1.4.26
