Enjoy a meal from Lespri Prime Steak & Sushi Bar during the annual Food and Wine Classic in Park City this weekend. You can try some food samples at the Stroll of Park City event on Friday. They are also hosting the sold out Think Outside the Bento Box Luncheon on Saturday.

STROLL OF PARK CITY: One of the signature events of the Park City Food & Wine Classic, the Stroll takes patrons on a tour of beautiful historic Main Street and downtown to mingle, nibble, and sip at a number of the great restaurants and local retailers. Each Stroll stop presents a different selection of wines, craft beers, or spirits and delicious culinary bites, allowing patrons to acquaint themselves with the variety of enchanting establishments that Park City has to offer. Because of the Stroll's popularity, the Stroll hours have been EXTENDED, and it will host 16+ Stroll Stops to provide patrons with a more comprehensive tasting experience.

THINK OUTSIDE THE BENTO BOX LUNCHEON: Vinegar plus rice plus fish equals sushi. Sounds simple enough, right? Originating in Japan, sushi has a long line of history and it definitely shows with the styles and varieties that exist today. Nigiri, Gunkan, Maki, and Temaki - what do these terms actually mean and how many types of sushi are there? More importantly, what do I drink with my sushi? Pairing wine with sushi can be tricky with strong flavors like wasabi and ginger, but the challenge only makes the end result all the more worthwhile. Sushi and beer or sake are popular combinations, but you might be surprised how delicious wine and sushi can be together. Whether it's a salty-seeming coastal white wine from Italy, or a palate-cleansing sparkler from France or Spain, wine can make for a truly special sushi meal. EMPEROR ROLL: Red lump crab, cilantro, cucumbers topped with tuna, avocado, lime, Citrus jalapeño reduction & eel sauce

Citrus jalapeño reduction

1 Cup water

Half a cup Moran

quarter cup soy sauce

1 cup sugar

2 jalapeños finally chopped

2 two oranges juice and zested

DIRECTIONS: Add all ingredients except sugar reduce halfway. Stir in the sugar; cook until it starts to thicken and sugar is dissolved. Strain jalapeños & orange zest let sauce cool. Enjoy!
