Every spring, starting April 15th, Utah's reservoirs release water from the dams for irrigation. That means the rivers and streams will see a rise in water levels. Mickey Anderson from Fish Tech Outfitters shows what that means for anglers. The high water will wash out new food sources for fish, making particular fly patterns especially effective.
