PROVO, Utah (AP) — A man who had been sought on two warrants for felony driving under the influence has been arrested again in Utah County on suspicion of driving under the influence of heroin.
Sheriff's deputies say 35-year-old Leon Vasquez had two no-bail warrants out for his arrest when he was pulled over Wednesday night in Eagle Mountain.
The warrants stemmed from separate cases in Provo in 2012.
He was arrested Wednesday night on suspicion of metabolite driving under the influence, possession of heroin, violating an ignition interlock requirement and driving on an alcohol-revoked driver's license.
He had been on Utah County's Most Wanted list until his arrest.
