WEST CHESTER, Pa. (AP) — The Latest on a shooting in West Virginia that left three people dead (all times local):
12:15 p.m.
A sheriff has named the victims in a shooting that killed three men in West Virginia.
Morgan County Sheriff Vince Shambaugh told The Journal (http://bit.ly/1PriUY7 ) that the deceased are Jack Douglas of Great Cacapon, and Travis Bartley and Willie Bartley, both of Hedgesville.
Shambaugh said the deaths were caused by gunshots from a .223 caliber rifle.
Shambaugh said the men were shot and killed in what was apparently a property dispute near Great Cacapon in Morgan County, West Virginia.
He said 32-year-old Erick Shute was in custody in Chester County, Pennsylvania, early Tuesday morning after an eight-hour manhunt in West Virginia, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Pennsylvania State Police have captured a man accused of killing three other men in West Virginia.
Police in Pennsville Township, New Jersey, say 32-year-old Erick Shute was taken into custody in Chester County, Pennsylvania, early Tuesday morning.
Pennsville police had issued an alert on their Facebook page late Monday saying they were looking for Shute, who used to live there.
The New York Daily News reports Shute is accused of shooting three men to death Monday near Cacapon Resort State Park in rural Morgan County, West Virginia. The shooting sparked a massive manhunt.
No other information was immediately available. The investigation is ongoing.
