GREENDALE, Wis. (AP) — Criminal charges have been filed against a suburban Milwaukee high school senior who's accused of possessing child pornography and of taking indecent photos of classmates.
A criminal complaint charges 18-year-old Tucker Balisteri with two counts of possessing child porn. Investigators seized a laptop they say had videos of child pornography.
The complaint says the teen also secretly recorded upskirt videos of girls on his cellphone beginning when he was a freshman at Martin Luther High School in Greendale.
WISN-TV (http://bit.ly/1um7U3D ) says detectives worked with the school to notify families of students about the investigation. Court records do not list an attorney for Balisteri.
