STATELINE, Nev. (AP) — Negotiators have talked a man out of jumping from the eighth-floor ledge of a Lake Tahoe casino.
Douglas County sheriff's Sgt. Pat Brooks says the man was taken into protective custody late Friday afternoon, about three hours after he threatened to jump from the ledge at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Stateline.
No further details were immediately released.
