ABC's "This Week" — National security adviser Susan Rice; Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas; Frances Beinecke, president of the Natural Resources Defense Council; Hal Quinn, president and CEO of the National Mining Association.

NBC's "Meet the Press" — Former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg; Rep. Adam Kinzinger, R-Ill.; Paul Rieckhoff, founder and chief executive officer, Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America.

CBS' "Face the Nation" — Sens. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., and John McCain, R-Ariz.; Robert Wallace, executive director of the Veterans of Foreign Wars; former CIA and National Security Agency head Michael Hayden.
