HAUSER, Idaho (AP) — Kootenai County Sheriff's detectives say the woman who was found dead last week in Hauser, Idaho, along the Washington border, is from Spokane.

Detectives said Friday that they positively identified the woman as 55-year-old Kelly Lynne Sallee.

Officials say her death is listed as "suspicious" and the cause is under investigation.

A passerby on Hauser Lake Road spotted the body on June 11. It was partially submerged in the slough.

Detectives are asking the public for any information regarding Sallee or any suspicious activity in Hauser last week.
