MEREDITH, N.H. (AP) — The New Hampshire Attorney General's office is investigating the death of a resident at a Meredith nursing home.
WMUR-TV reports (http://bit.ly/1XzKsPp ) a resident at Golden View Health Care Center died Wednesday night. It wasn't immediately known why the attorney general's office is investigating.
The facility's attorney said in a statement that residents are safe and that the nursing home is cooperating fully with the investigation.
The resident wasn't immediately identified. The medical examiner's office says an autopsy is being conducted.
