CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services has issued a medical marijuana registration certificate to cultivate the drug at a second center, this one in Manchester.

Temescal Wellness has received a conditional registration certificate. Earlier this month, Sanctuary ATC in Rochester was the first to receive approval.

Temescal Wellness also will operate dispensaries in Dover and Lebanon. Temescal must complete an initial cultivation cycle before the department can inspect the dispensing locations to confirm they are ready to open.

The department expects the dispensaries to open in the spring.

The Therapeutic Cannibis Program will include four dispensary locations and three cultivation centers.
