WAYNESFIELD, Ohio (AP) — Authorities say a house fire in Ohio has left two young sisters dead.
The blaze broke out around 6:45 a.m. Wednesday just north of the town of Waynesfield in the western part of the state. The county sheriff's office says firefighters and police tried to get into the home but were beaten back by the fire.
Authorities say 10-year-old Trinity Lhamon and 7-year-old Keelin Doty were later found dead inside.
The sheriff's office says no other details will be disclosed because of the investigation. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
