PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Officials in Oregon say a fire in Wilsonville destroyed a three-story apartment complex under construction and damaged nearby homes.
KOIN reports no one was hurt in the blaze that broke out early Sunday morning in the 11000 block of Collina Lane. But 25 people were displaced.
Officials with Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue say the fire spread to apartments, condominiums and row homes densely packed together.
According to authorities, at least 20 occupied condos sustained significant damage or will be considered a total loss.
Authorities say other homes had blown out windows and multiple vehicles were destroyed.
The fires were brought under control at about 4 a.m.
