2002: President Bush submits America's first $2 trillion budget after well over 200 years of independence.
2009: 7 years later President Bush submits America's first $3 trillion budget and $18 billion in budget cuts.
2010: President Obama submits $3.4 trillion budget and $17 billion in budget cuts.
Amazingly the Republicans are sneering at Obama's budget/ spending cuts.
Maybe James Carville was right. Maybe we really are looking at 40 years of Dem dominance.
Because right now the Republicans just don't have any credibility on the most serious issues of the day.
