Which discount cards are the best? Diane Sawyer takes a look at prescription drug cards, office supply cards, even dog cards. She looked at grocery cards and more. The UN Security Council held an emergency meeting yesterday and is about to go back into session this morning. This in response to North Korea's launch of a missile. ABC's Aaron Katersky reported on KSL from the UN. He said that while the meetings are behind closed doors, China is the reason no response was issued yesterday. China and Russia believe North Korea should be allowed to explore space like any other nation. Click here to hear more from Aaron.

"North Korea's missile launch was a PR success, if not an actual success." ABC's Steve Roberts told Grant and Amanda that the launch caused President Obama and the rest of the world to focus on North Korea, which made it at least a PR success.
