NEW YORK, Oct 13, 2006 (UPI via COMTEX) -- The creators of the new reality TV series, "Hottest Mom in America," are not only searching for appropriate contestants but a network home as well.
While series producers are reportedly in talks with several networks for a TV home for the reality product, the show has been actively searching for participants through casting calls across the United States, the White Plains (N.Y.) Journal reported.
According to Buzznation executive Jamie Gold, whose company is conducting the national casting calls, the series is "looking for moms that turn heads wherever they go -- the supermarket, the football stands or kindergarten," to compete for the show's top prizes.
The "Hottest Mom" winner will be awarded with $25,000 in cash, a $25,000 scholarship for one of her children, an interview with a top modeling agency and one free year of anti-wrinkle injections.
The paper said that series execs are working on the details concerning the competitive portion of the reality show and filming will begin in Los Angeles once the series signs with a network.
