TIBBLE FORK RESERVOIR
There are five or more inches of ice on parts of the reservoir. Other areas have soft spots and open water. Use extreme caution. Ice anglers have reported fair to good success through the ice in 10- to 15-foot depths of water and by using bait-tipped jigs.
FLAMING GORGE
Good Ice in the northern arms can be up to 18 inches thick; however, no safe ice has been reported below the confluence or in Utah. There is good open-water fishing for rainbows and lake trout from the shore and boats. Reports of anglers doing well when they target burbot from boats.
