Few holidays are as anticipated in Utah as July 24. The state's birthday, it's often recognized as a day to start a long weekend, watch a parade and explore beautiful destinations.
In addition to recreational opportunities, many use this time to prepare for adventures ahead. For years, the Young Automotive Group has partnered with Goldenwest Credit Union to stage their Let Freedom Ring sale. As this weekend's special approaches, they'll offer some of their strongest promotions yet to put Utah drivers behind the wheel of great vehicles.

From July 24-31, qualifying buyers at any Young Automotive Group dealership will be able to take advantage of lowered rates, gas cards and breaks from payments.

Rates as low as 5.49% APR ***
A company that received their 13th Best of State award in 2025, Goldenwest Credit Union is renowned for helping their members make sound financial decisions. It's no surprise then that throughout their 89 year history, they've received attention for offering incredible rates.

Making a large downpayment is the first step to decreasing a vehicle's long-term cost. That said, it can make raising funds for the first installment more difficult. During the Let Freedom Ring sale, buyers can open wiggle room by delaying the first two payments for 90 days — helping them build capital and set up their budget for long-term success.
"Because purchasing a vehicle is a significant investment, it can make buyers feel financially vulnerable for a brief time," Stuart said. "What makes delaying a payment a wise move is that it not only opens funds for a downpayment, but allows people to dedicate money to anything that may happen during that time. We always strive to keep our members prepared, and this is a great way to receive some added security."

Like car payments, purchasing gas after buying a new vehicle can be a challenge. That said, drivers who buy during the Young Automotive Group's Let Freedom Ring sale can overcome that hurdle.
"This is one of our favorite items to throw in during a sales event," Price said. "It makes those first days as an owner super convenient, and often encourages people to embark on a road trip or vacation. Buying a vehicle should make a driver feel free, and this promotion adds to their power."
The $1,000 gas card is available on non-cash n' carry offers, and can not be combined with other advertised offers.

Like almost all Young Automotive Group deals, anyone who purchases a vehicle during the Let Freedom Ring sale receives Young Auto Care — a service that provides two-years of maintenance. As for Goldenwest, those who finance through the credit union should look into Goldenwest Insurance Services for coverage options.
