Utah brothers, Peter and Mark Rane, simply could not find a pillow that they liked. With hundreds of combinations of filling materials, levels of support and even the fabric on the outside, it's difficult to find the right pillow for one's specific needs.

The real problem stems from a lack of support in your preferred sleeping positions. According to Andrew Bang, DC for Cleveland Clinic, finding a pillow that adjusts to you is helpful. The Ranes say it comes down to adjustability.
