ST. GEORGE — An employee of a fast-food restaurant in St. George was booked into jail facing felony charges after allegedly showing a pornographic video to two juveniles while on the clock.
Shortly after 2 p.m. on Wednesday, St. George police received a report about an employee at a fast-food restaurant located in the city possibly showing pornography to teens.
According to the probable cause statement filed in support of the arrest, the employee, 24-year-old Leodan Gerardo Alfaro, was speaking to two juvenile girls during his shift. And when asked, he said he had a girlfriend and asked if the teens wanted to see her.
Authorities say the suspect then showed both girls a video of the suspect performing a sexual act on a "completely nude female." When he attempted to scroll through his cell phone, "in an attempt show them more videos," the teens left the area.
