Letts Educational Ltd and Leckie & Leckie Ltd, two publishers of revision guides and study aids, are to be acquired by media and publishing company Huveaux Plc for GBP12.4m.
According to The Guardian the two businesses are currently part of Granada Learning, which is owned by the private equity group Veronis Suhler Stevenson.
The combined group will reportedly own over 800 titles in both print and online formats.
