NINA Griscom is a busy lady. Not only does she run a home-furnishings shop on Lexington Avenue, the socialite has spent the last four years fixing up a neglected Upper East Side townhouse she bought after her divorce from Dan Baker. The home, a "neglected pile with good bones" when she purchased it, is now so beautiful that House & Garden is doing a 10-page spread on the five-story manse in its October issue, out next week. The house - which Griscom shares with her daughter Lily Baker and dogs India and Squid - boasts six fireplaces and is filled with antiques and drawings of ships.
