BLUFFDALE — A multivehicle accident shut down both directions of Redwood Road at 14800 South for several hours on Thursday.
Three people suffered injuries in the crash, that occurred about 4:30 p.m., Saratoga Springs Police Chief Andy Burton said.
One person was transported via medical helicopter in serious condition and the other two individuals were transported to a hospital in good condition, Burton said.
The road was reopened by 10 p.m., according to the Utah Department of Transportation.
