MILLCREEK — A man police said hadn't been seen since Monday night was located safe.

Robert Taylor, 66, left his home near 800 E. Rowley Drive sometime between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Tuesday, Unified Police Sgt. Melody Gray said. He was found Tuesday afternoon and was safe, police tweeted.

Police were concerned because they said Taylor has dementia. It wasn't immediately clear where Taylor was found.
