SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — Authorities have identified a woman who died after losing control of her vehicle and crashing in Springville.

Utah County Sheriff's officials say 18-year-old Kiana Elizabeth Campbell from Mapleton was driving an SUV on Left Fork Hobble Creek Canyon Road when she crashed near the intersection of Bartholomew Canyon Road.

Witnesses reported that the vehicle rolled and ejected Campbell, who was the only person inside the SUV.

Authorities say Campbell wasn't wearing a seat belt and suffered serious head injuries.

She later died at a hospital.
