EAGLE MOUNTAIN, Utah (AP) — Authorities in Eagle Mountain say a teenager has been critically injured after being struck by a car while riding a bicycle.
They say the 16-year-old boy was airlifted to Primary Children's Hospital in critical condition Saturday.
The teen's name hasn't been released yet.
Eagle Mountain police say the accident occurred about 5 p.m. Saturday when the victim and his friend tried to cross Pony Express Parkway on their BMX bikes.
The other boy wasn't injured.
