NEW ORLEANS, Aug 28, 2006 (UPI via COMTEX) -- Master P, founder of No Limit Records, is touring his hip-hop play about a family living together after evacuating New Orleans because of Katrina.
Master P's play, "Uncle Willy's Family," centers on a Vietnam veteran, Uncle Willy, who is forced to live in a house full of relatives following the hurricane.
Master P, Romeo, Silk the Shocker and Miles all star in the production, allhiphop.com reported.
The play is scheduled to be performed in Meridien, Jackson and Greenwood, Miss., as wells as Beaumont, Texas. Additional dates are being scheduled in New Orleans, Houston, Baton Rouge, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York, the report said.
