IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (AP) — A former deputy prosecutor and civil litigation attorney has been named the new Bonnville County Magistrate Judge.
Steven William Boyce starts the position Oct. 1.
The Post Register (http://bit.ly/2uTVI4R ) reports the 7th Judicial District Magistrates Commission made the announcement Monday.
Boyce has a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and law degree from the University of Idaho. He was a deputy prosecutor in Bonneville County from 1996 to 2003, when he went into private practice, focusing on civil litigation and criminal defense.
