CASPER, Wyo. (AP) — Two people were hospitalized in critical condition after a shooting at a residence in the northern part of Casper.
Casper police say a man and a woman, both in their mid-40s, suffered traumatic injuries in the shooting reported at about 10:30 p.m. Thursday.
Both were taken to the Wyoming Medical Center and one victim was later flown to a hospital in Denver. Their names have not been released.
Lt. Chris Hadlock says police don't believe there is a threat to the community. No arrests have been made and no one is in custody being questioned.
He expected the investigation to take several days.
