GILLETTE, Wyo. (AP) — A man has been convicted for the second time in a fatal shooting on Thanksgiving 2013.
The Gillette News Record reports (http://bit.ly/2ida62A) a jury convicted Todd Sindelar of second-degree murder Tuesday in the death of Matthew Boyer.
Sindelar was retried after successfully appealing his first conviction based on bad jury instruction.
He testified Monday that the shooting was in self-defense.
Sindelar faces up to life in prison.
