NEW YORK (AP) — Cotton futures No. 2 closed 40 cents to $1.85 a bale higher Tuesday Tuesday.
The average for strict low middling 1 & 1-16 inch spot cotton advanced 37 cents to 70.41 cents per pound Tuesday for the seven markets, according to the Market News Branch, Memphis USDA.
