SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — A Murray man who was arrested last month in the alleged kidnapping and sexual abuse of an 11-year-old boy in south Ogden is now accused of raping another boy more than five years ago.
Prosecutors filed the new charges in 3rd District Court on Monday against 37-year-old Weston Ray Kubbe.
The Deseret News reports (http://tinyurl.com/hh9z8nv) they include rape, forcible sodomy and forcible sexual abuse.
Authorities say the latest victim is now 21 years old. He told police he was either 14 or 15 when he was assaulted
In addition to the earlier kidnapping, Kubbe also was charged Nov. 1 for allegedly luring a 14-year-old boy to his home the same night the 11-year-old stayed was there.
Kubbe is being held without bail in connection with the two earlier cases. His next court appearance hasn't been set yet.
