WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (AP) — Hillary Clinton is unveiling a plan to reduce bullying. Called "Better than Bullying," the plan would provide $500 million in new funding to states that develop comprehensive anti-bullying efforts. Clinton is expected to talk about the plan during an appearance with first lady Michelle Obama today in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — A man suspected of using a sledgehammer to destroy Donald Trump's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame is under arrest. Jamie Otis has told several media outlets that he intended to remove the star and auction it off to raise funds for the 11 women who have accused Trump of groping them. Trump has denied the allegations.

CANNON BALL, N.D. (AP) — Protesters against the Dakota Access pipeline are gearing up for a confrontation with authorities over a patch of private land on the pipeline route. Protesters have built two barricades on a North Dakota highway near the camp they have established on property owned by the pipeline's developer.

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — The search for an Oklahoma man wanted in a string of killings, shootings and carjackings is now in its fourth day. Michael Vance is wanted on multiple charges, including two counts of first-degree murder. The 38-year-old Vance was last seen early Monday about 30 miles from the Texas border in western Oklahoma.

NEW YORK (AP) — A dramatic rescue at the scene of a burning New York City apartment building. A firefighter dangling from a rope plucked a trapped person from a window on the fifth floor and safely lowered him to the ground. The overnight blaze on Manhattan's Upper East Side killed one person. Five tenants were injured, one seriously.
