CHICAGO (AP) — The city of Chicago has released nine videos from body cameras and a dashboard camera in connection with a July 28 fatal shooting of an unarmed teenage car theft suspect who was shot in the back. A new policy requires that such material be made public within 60 days. Some video shows an officer opening fire as the suspect zooms past in a car. Other video shows a foot pursuit. But there's no video of 19-year-old Paul O'Neal being shot. Three officers have been stripped of their authority.
