LAS VEGAS (AP) — Police say a Las Vegas man was killed in a rollover crash that may have stemmed from racing with another vehicle.
Authorities say the crash happened Sunday just before 1 a.m.
Witnesses say the driver's pickup truck was going at a high speed on Corn Creek Road near Landy Street when he appeared to lose control.
The pickup went off the road and rolled multiple times.
Emergency responders say the 28-year-old male driver, who was ejected, was beyond medical assistance.
A 19-year-old man sitting in the front passenger seat was airlifted with serious injuries. Two women in the rear passenger seats, ages 20 and 23, suffered moderate injuries.
Witnesses say the driver had been racing with a white, full-size truck.
For police, this marks the third traffic-related death this weekend.
