LAS VEGAS (AP) — A suspicious package found on a Las Vegas overpass is not a threat.
A bomb squad determined Saturday morning that the package was not a danger and road closures have been taken down.
The Nevada Highway Patrol shut down traffic around Interstate 15 and Russell Road for roughly four hours.
The incident began when a man working on his vehicle says someone drove up and dropped the package by his car.
Troopers investigated and made the decision to close part of I-15 and Russell Road.
