TWIN FALLS, Idaho (AP) — A felony rape charge against a south-central Idaho TV weatherman has been dismissed.

A 5th District Court judge on Tuesday signed the order dismissing the charge against John William Holland.

The KMVT-TV weatherman was charged in February with felony rape.

But Twin Falls County Prosecutor Grant Loebs says in a motion filed last week that an analysis of all the facts led the state to conclude Holland did not commit a rape.
