BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Boise police say a 4-year-old's fall from fifth-story window of an apartment building was an accident.
The boy is currently recovering in a hospital from Tuesday's night incident, but he's expected to make a full recovery after his condition is now stable.
Police say they had responded to the scene after someone saw the boy on the ground and called 911.
Authorities will not file charges and the case is now closed.
