LAS VEGAS (AP) — Authorities say a 21-year-old man who was sought on a warrant in a St. Louis homicide case has been arrested in North Las Vegas.
U.S. marshals in Las Vegas say Christopher Arthur McMillan was arrested Tuesday by members of a regional fugitive task force and booked into the Clark County jail pending an extradition hearing.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports (http://bit.ly/1TOXOu2 ) that McMillan was named last month as the second suspect in the September shooting death of 22-year-old Jamez Milton of St. Louis.
Sydney Stuckey, now 23, was charged in October and is awaiting trial on murder and other charges.
