PROVO, Utah (AP) — Authorities say a man has died after being hit by a FrontRunner train in Provo.
The Daily Herald reports (http://bit.ly/1qOrVUO ) that police say 36-year-old Kevin Poulsen was hit by the train on Thursday afternoon.
Provo Fire Department Captain Dean York says the location of Poulsen's body is suspicious because there are fences on either side of the tracks.
Fire Department Sgt. Brian Taylor says authorities investigating whether the incident was accidental or intentional.
The southbound tracks were closed for several hours while authorities conducted their investigation.
UTA buses transported passengers between Orem and Provo.
